November 7-15, 2007 - State of Maryland Judiciary Prepares to "Go-live" with Courthouse JMS
Since executing our Agreement with the State of Maryland Judiciary to implement Courthouse JMS
in fifteen of the State's counties, much planning, support and preparation have been
accomplished in a very short period of time. With a go-live date rapidly approaching,
priorities such as weekly meetings to discuss everything from technical requirements to
summons design have topped the list. However, the most recent and possibly most important
aspect of implementing Courthouse JMS, is the intense hands-on training which, for two of
the Maryland Judiciary's courts, culminated this week.

November 2007 - Lake County, OH Goes Live with Courthouse JMS
Courthouse Technologies is delighted that the Lake County, OH Court of Common
Pleas will begin production use of Courthouse JMS next week. Lake County
will be doing its annual jury draw on November 20, 2007, which will culminate
with production and posting of their qualification questionnaires the first
week of December.

November 2007 - Tarrant County, TX Goes Live with Courthouse JMS
Tarrant County, TX went live this week with the trio of Courthouse Technologies'
solutions for jury management, Courthouse JMS, Courthouse eResponse and Courthouse IVR.
We're delighted to be working with Paula Morales, Jury Bailiff at the Tarrant
County Courts as she and her staff prepare for the arrival of their first pool
of jurors December 3, 2007. Tarrant County selects over 200,000 prospective
jurors annually from their source list of approximately 1.2 million records.
Jurors may serve in one of nine court locations throughout the county.
