Function Junction

Quickscan

Courthouse JMS’ Featured Function, QuickScan, was developed with the principle of rapid scanning of barcodes; for the organization of large quantities of sorted mail and the efficient attendance of jurors.

Users find Quickscan extremely useful in the qualification of jurors once summons are returned to the court (eg. Excuse, Disqualify, etc.)

On the day of attendance, users employ Quickscan to instantly ‘scan in’ candidates so that they may be used in the daily court process.

Users can also quickly set donations by scanning the barcode of selected jurors.
