March 2007 - Courthouse JMS Blooms in BC

It's spring and in the spirit of starting anew, the first 3 of 24 Supreme Courts in the Province of British Columbia (metropolitan Vancouver, Victoria, and Prince George) have gone live with Courthouse JMS, replacing a more than 15-year old, DOS-based system. The matter of ACS Public Sector Solutions et al. vs. Courthouse Technologies Ltd. et. al. was dismissed without costs in British Columbia Supreme Court today by way of a consent dismissal order.
