Are You the Perfect Host, or the
Life of the Party?

The Internet has made everyday tasks easier and more efficient, allowing people to communicate with clients and friends from all over the world with the press of a button or click of a mouse. It has made traditional methods of communication - snail mail, anyone? - essentially obsolete, forcing corporations, organizations, and individuals to adapt. However, it has also opened the door to a whole new set of possibilities - possibilities that can save you time and money.
New technology has allowed companies like us to develop software that provides options like never before. Our Web-based jury management system, Courthouse JMS, has already revolutionized the way counties, states, and provinces manage juries. Now we are able to offer you options that will make the process even easier.
Many smaller jurisdictions lack the means to implement and manage their own jury management system. Without dedicated IT resources, it is impossible to use traditional jury management programs. But just because a court is smaller does not mean that its needs are any less significant than districts with hundreds of thousands of jurors. We are able to offer smaller courts our jury management software as a service - with no installation or upkeep necessary on their end. We host the application on our secure server farm, which they are able to access and use just as if they had installed the application in-house, on their own system. All they require is an Internet connection and their Web browser.
Larger districts who purchase our software, can offer it to other courts in their jurisdiction, effectively becoming a "host". They make the application accessible to smaller courts (their "subscribers"), who may not have the resources to manage it themselves. The host court can also bundle some of its labor along with access to the software. For example, the host court could print and mail the summons on behalf of their subscribers, and the subscriber-courts can pick up the process when summonses are returned. With many courts looking at consolidating their administrative services, this option allows courts to maximize their resources and share IT costs.
Perhaps the courts in your jurisdiction do not all use the same business practices. Since different courts have different needs, Courthouse JMS accommodates for multiple practices under one umbrella installation, regardless of whether you follow a one- or two-step model, pool your jurors, or have jurors report directly to the courtroom.
Our software allows you to streamline your jury management process, and now it is easily accessible to a wide range of courts. Courthouse JMS is the only jury management software on the market that uses this Web-based model, so we are the only company able to offer you these innovative services. If you would like to learn more about our "Software as a Service" options, give us a call. We would be happy to give you a free demonstration, and answer any questions you may have.
