Courthouse IDS is the is fastest and most effective way to process juror qualification questionnaires and summonses returned by mail. The system can be used with any Twain compatible high speed imaging scanner so the hardware is highly reliable. There's no proprietary equipment to purchase or maintain. The system uses your standard qualification questionnaire and/or summons - there's no special forms or ink to purchase.

Scan batches upside down, backwards, one-side or two. Courthouse JMS uses integrated logic to compute the data collected via Courthouse IDS into meaningful results. Use IDS to automatically determine the qualifications of prospective jurors, identify questionnaires or summonses that are incorrectly completed or incomplete. View and process incorrect or incomplete questionnaires or summons. Store images in the juror's record for later reference. Produce images as part of in-court documentation package. Capture juror data, including:
