About Us

At Courthouse Technologies we develop software and technologies specifically for use in the management of the jury process. Jury management systems are all we do.

Courthouse Technologies was incorporated in 2005 because commercial jury management solutions have not kept pace with changing technology. Our flagship product, Courthouse JMS, is the only commercial-off-the-shelf Web application for jury management available on the market.

We are comprised of career jury management experts. As a group of jury management IT professionals we have implemented, trained, and supported users of jury management systems which we designed and built in over 800 courts in 3 countries. Scott Kerr, our President and Paul Arntsen, our VP of Product Development have been building and marketing jury management systems for over 20 years.

Our Advantages

  • Nobody on the planet knows more about jury management that we do. Period.
  • Our suite of JMS solutions are the only fully Web-based systems available on the market.
  • Our systems provide the greatest out-of-the-box configurability of any commercial jury management system.
  • The peripheral software systems we offer are authored by us, not by a third party vendor so they integrate seamlessly and provide greater functionality with less management than any other solution.
  • Our solutions can be licensed for site-wide use by as may users as you need, or you can subscribe (site-wide) to use these systems in connection with our data cleansing, summons printing and mailing service called SummonsDirect.
